The purpose of this website is to provide information about the home appliance, audiovisual, IT and climate-comfort equipment claims handling services that Reparios provides to insurance companies in Spain.

Access to this website is free and unrestricted. Users undertake to make lawful use of its content and not to use it for activities contrary to applicable law, public morality or public order.

Reparios accepts no liability for any damages or losses arising from improper use of the information contained on this website, nor for any temporary unavailability of the site due to technical reasons or causes beyond its control.

Anti-corruption policy

Reparios maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards bribery and corruption, as part of a global anti-corruption programme applicable across its organisation and to its relationships with clients, suppliers and partners. This programme includes, among other measures, internal guidelines on the acceptance and offering of gifts and hospitality, aimed at preventing conflicts of interest and safeguarding the integrity of its business operations.

Any breach of these rules may result in the disciplinary and legal measures applicable under the relevant legislation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona.
